I felt 'wombat' move

It's been a long time since I have blogged let alone written a post, and so many things have happened... too many to even begin to mention; however I must tell you two fairly big life changing things that have happened because they are the reason I write this post.
I got married to my best friend and the love of my life, Peter. And we are
pregnant!!
Oh boy that last was was a doosey of a surprise but that's another post for another time.

Yesterday I felt a flutter or two, but though nothing much more of it when it didn't repeat itself. However this morning just a short hour ago after I had awoken for my now nightly ritual of a 4:30 bladder empty, I returned to bed, trying not to wake my husband (to no prevale), and lay still attempting to fall back asleep.
There it was again that flutter, and again, and again, in my low abdomine, right where baby 'wombats' feet are... "I felt it move" I tell my now awake hubby, and there it is again.
"Where?!" He asks rolling over and placing his hand on my belly.
"Here" but you probably won't feel it for a little while.
"That's ok, how exciting". (Which I love hearing him say, often he's worried about having a baby, finances, being a Daddy all that stuff, but it's so nice to hear from time to time he IS excited about having a baby too).

I felt 'little wombat' move it seems so real now, the ultrasounds and heart beats are amazing, but when I felt 'wombat' move it threw a smile on my face and this incredible joy in my heart, this is a feeling I never thought I'd have but had desired for so long.

God is good, amazing, giving, loving, and just indescribably incredible.

This post is due to the lack of sleep I've now had because of this great excitement I have just encountered. And I am more than thankful for that.
